How do I create an account?

  1. Go to www.myReminders.co.uk.
  2. Enter your details, as requested, and create a password that you can use when returning to the website.
  3. Read and, if comfortable, accept the terms and conditions before clicking the gold 'Register' button.
  4. An email will be sent to your account confirming your details, click the verify link within the email to confirm your account.
  5. Your myReminders account has been created! Remembering birthdays and anniversaries has never been simpler. Try adding a few reminders or set your account up quickly by importing your friends' birthdays directly from Facebook.

How do I set up a reminder?

  1. Create an account or login from www.myReminders.co.uk.
  2. On the welcome screen, find the 'Add Reminders' section. If you can't find this section, try clicking the 'Reminders' tab or visit www.myReminders.co.uk/Reminders
  3. Input a contact's details including the occasion, the date of the occasion, and any other notes you would like to add.
  4. Ensure all fields are populated and click the gold 'Save' button when complete.
  5. Your reminder has been saved! View or edit your reminder in the 'My Reminders' section or add more using the 'Add Reminders' section.

How do I view my reminders?

  1. Login to your account from www.myReminders.co.uk
  2. On the welcome screen, find the 'My Reminders' section. If you can't find this section, try clicking the 'Reminders' tab or visit www.myReminders.co.uk/Reminders
  3. Your next 5 reminders will be shown automatically, based on when they are due to begin. To view more, click the black 'Show Next 5' button.

How do I edit an existing reminder?

  1. Login to your account from www.myReminders.co.uk
  2. On the welcome screen, find the 'My Reminders' section. If you can't find this section, try clicking the 'Reminders' tab or visit www.myReminders.co.uk/Reminders
  3. Find the reminder you wish to edit and click the black 'Edit' button. If your reminder is not shown, try clicking the black 'Show next 5' button below the reminders.
  4. A list of options should be expanded below the reminder. Update the options where required and click the gold 'Save' button when complete.

How do I stop/delete a reminder?

  1. Login to your account from www.myReminders.co.uk
  2. On the welcome screen, find the 'My Reminders' section. If you can't find this section, try clicking the 'Reminders' tab or visit www.myReminders.co.uk/Reminders
  3. Find the reminder you wish to delete and click the black 'X' button. If your reminder is not shown, try clicking the black 'Show next 5' button below the reminders.
  4. To quickly delete all reminders, or just those imported from Facebook, click the corresponding button below the reminders and click 'OK' to confirm.
  5. To stop receiving all email and SMS notifications without deleting your reminders, select the 'My Details' button at the top of the screen and untick the 'Receive notifications?' tick box before clicking the gold 'Update' button.

How do I receive an email/SMS reminder?

  1. When adding a reminder, options are provided for 'Remind by email?' and 'Remind by SMS?'
  2. Tick or untick these boxes to select which communications you would like to receive. This can be changed for each reminder. When importing a reminder from an Interflora purchase, 'Remind by email?' is selected by default.
  3. You can change which reminders you would like to receive for each reminder by editing your existing reminders and changing the 'Remind by email?' or 'Remind by SMS?' options, before clicking the gold 'Save' button to update your preferences.

How do I add a photo to a reminder?

  1. Login to your account from www.myReminders.co.uk
  2. On the welcome screen, find the 'My Reminders' section. If you can't find this section, try clicking the 'Reminders' tab or visit www.myReminders.co.uk/Reminders
  3. Find the reminder you wish to add a photo to. If your reminder is not shown, try clicking the black 'Show next 5' button below the reminders.
  4. Click the '+' image to the left of the reminder and select a photo to upload.
  5. The selected photo should appear to the left of the reminder. This can be changed at any time by clicking the photo and selecting a different image.

How do I change my email address/mobile number?

  1. Login to your account from www.myReminders.co.uk
  2. Select the 'My Details' navigation button at the top of the screen.
  3. Change your details as required before clicking the gold 'Update' button to save your new details.

How do I change my password?

  1. Login to your account from www.myReminders.co.uk. If you cannot remember your password, or have not previously set up a password for your account, click the “Forgotten Password?” link below the login section of the homepage to reset your password by email.
  2. When logged in, select the 'My Details' navigation button at the top of the screen.
  3. Locate the 'Change Password' section and input both your current password and your new desired password before clicking the gold 'Update' button to save your new password.

How do I import my friend's birthdays from Facebook?

  1. Login to your account from www.myReminders.co.uk.
  2. Select the 'Add Friends from Facebook' button at the top of the screen.
  3. Locate and click the 'Facebook Log In' button on the page. This should open in a separate window.
  4. Input your Facebook login details.
  5. Select which birthdays you would like to import individually, by clicking the tick box to the left of your friends' details, or by clicking 'All with Birthdays' or 'All' buttons. When complete, select the gold 'Add Friends' button to save your reminders.
  6. Where no birthday data can be retrieved you will be prompted to select a preferred contact date. To do this, input a contact date using the calendar and click the gold 'Save' button to add the reminder or 'Cancel' to delete it.

Common issues

I did not mean to create an account!

When purchasing from Interflora.co.uk, customers are given an option for myReminders.co.uk to remind them of an event next year. The reminder is then stored and, if no account exists, an account is created using the registered email address.

I would like to close my account

Your account can be closed at any time using the 'Contact us' option at the bottom right of the website or by emailing us directly at Help@myReminders.co.uk

Are SMS reminders free?

Yes, all email and SMS reminders are sent by us at no cost.

I cannot remember my password/have not set a password up previously

If you have forgotten your password, or have not previously set one up, your account password can be reset by visiting www.myReminders.co.uk and clicking 'Forgotten Password?' below the login info. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to your email account to allow you to reset your password.

When adding a reminder I receive the following message: 'Please enter all required fields'

To enable us to correctly issue a reminder, the following fields need to be populated: 'Name', 'Relationship', 'Gender', 'Occasion' and 'Occasion Date'.

I cannot see a reminder

By default, only the next 5 reminders are displayed on the 'Reminders' page. This can be expanded by clicking the 'Show next 5' button.
